A gobsmacking new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin and his Turkish counterpart President Recep Tayyip Erdogan focusing on the Afghanistan crisis in a phone call, emphasizing the significance of ensuring stability and civil peace in that country and prioritizing solutions to the war on terror and drug trafficking, further notes President Putin stating: “As for the operation in Afghanistan, naturally, it cannot be called successful...But it is not in our interests to go around in circles and keep on speaking about it as a failure...We were interested in a stable situation in that country...Today it is as it is…I think that many politicians in the West are starting to come to grips that it is unacceptable to impose alien standards of political life and conduct on other countries and nations, ignoring their ethnic and religious specifics, and their historical traditions”.

Security Council Members in this transcript note that the massive failure of the West to “impose alien standards of political life and conduct” on Afghanistan resulted in the Taliban seizing from the US military 75,000 vehicles, 600,000 weapons and 200 aircraft—an historic and humiliating defeat debacle for the West that today is joined by the Taliban blaming the United States for the Kabul airport chaos—and sees this airport chaos being delberality caused by the US State Department that sent out BLANK US visas, which were filled out by everyone in Kabul, including the Taliban.

Security Council Members in this transcript believe it’s critical to understand the dangerous and deranged mindset of the “Wynken, Blynken and Nod” troika, specifically because of Hurricane Henri—that 48-hours ago had weakened into a tropical storm as it entered the cool waters of the Atlantic Ocean along the eastern seaboard of the United States, and was expected to further weaken—but suddenly yesterday, it inexplicably and massively exploded in strength—after which it was upgraded to a hurricane—sees more than 50-million people being in its path—this morning sees Hurricane Henri already flooding the streets and subways of New York City—sees it being warned that nearly 70% of Connecticut customers could lose power during Hurricane Henri—sees it being warned that between 100,000 and 300,000 customers could lose electricity in Massachusetts—and in the past few hours, saw the US Coast Guard declaring its highest storm alert level of “Hurricane Condition ZULU”.    

This transcript sees Security Council Members expressing grave concerns over the sudden and unexplained explosion of power into Hurricane Henri due to their knowledge about the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) that’s under the control of the “Wynken, Blynken and Nod” troika, which physicists have described as being “the most powerful ionosphere heater on Earth”—and, in 2002, the State Duma (the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia) conducted an extensive examination of HAARP for the Security Council with hearings testified at by top physicists and weapons experts, and in whose unclassified final document of findings and determinations stated:

“Under the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), the U.S. is creating a new integral geophysical weapon that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves.

The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to fire arms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.

This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component.

The U.S. is planning to test three facilities of this kind.

One of them is located on the military testing ground in Alaska and its full-scale tests are to begin in early 2003.  The second one is in Greenland and the third one in Norway. 

When these facilities are launched into space from Norway, Alaska and Greenland, a closed contour will be created with a truly fantastic integral potential for influencing the near-Earth medium.”
